A lead magnet can be a PDF, a report, a checklist, or even a video training you give away.
Here is the important part: It has to actually provide value to your prospect so they go “Wow, this is amazing!”
Step 2: Build a simple Lead Magnet Opt-in Funnel
Once you have the lead magnet, you need a page where people can sign up for it and a delivery mechanism. An automated email with a download link will do.
Don’t forget to add a call to action to whatever you want the prospect to do next.
Step 3: Drive traffic to your funnel with low-cost ads.
If you create a compelling ad getting attention becomes pretty easy.
I usually start with Facebook ads because they still give you the biggest bang for your buck. You don’t have to go crazy with ad spend. We typically start at $5 per day per ad set and adjust based on the results.
