Disclaimer! This post will be a long one because it carries the value strength equivalent to 100 atomic bombs.

Do not skip any of the lines in here.

You have been hearing or reading for a long time that you must always start your day with

The most difficult looking task you have on your list for the day

It is known as ‘eating the frog’. I have followed this for years.

It helped me a lot. It does help to a great extent since it makes the rest of the day a cakewalk.

But I wrote this email to take you a leap further in productivity and give you the best technique to prioritize your tasks.

Here is the bomb drop!

Below is what I want you to do:

Where do you think you should start your day?

Of course, the default answer that comes to your mind might be “Urgent and Important”.

My amigo, you are mistaken in thinking that…

If you do the Urgent and Important tasks first, you will not be paying much attention to the other tasks that require your energy.

That is the reason you should start your day with “Not Urgent but Important” tasks like writing an ebook, planning your IG stories and posts, working on your offers, etc.

Next, you should jump to “Urgent and Important” tasks like delivering your client work, planning the webinars, completing your courses, and so on…

Now comes the “Urgent but Not Important” tasks. These may be replying to emails, DMs, planning the next day’s tasks, practicing your copywriting, etc.

The last one, “Not Urgent and Not Important” tasks do not need your attention. You can skip them. They are the ones that can be, well, your favorite thing to do, procrastinated.

Haha

Promise me to do this every day, and you will see a massive difference in your productivity.

Michal.
